Robert Zumwinkle, former longtime vice chancellor at UK, dies at 91

Robert G. Zumwinkle, 91, who was vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Kentucky from 1970 until his retirement in 1986, died this month from heart failure. He was 91. Mr. Zumwinkle spearheaded efforts to improve relations for minority students in the 1970s.
