U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler will skip Democratic National Convention

U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler, D-Versailles, said he will skip this summer's Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., to spend time in Central Kentucky's 6th Congressional District.
