Read the governor's, attorney general's remarks on appealing the same-sex marriage case

Read the statements released by Attorney General Jack Conway and Gov. Steve Beshear about appealing a judge's ruling requiring Kentucky to recognize same-sex marriages in other states. Beshear said he will appeal the ruling without Conway who refused.
