Lawmaker withdraws bill that would have altered Kentucky's Open Records Act

State Rep. Derrick Graham, D-Frankfort, on Friday withdrew a bill that would have rewritten the Kentucky Open Records Act and made electronic copies of public records much more expensive to obtain.
