    A 10 foot public Hanukkah menorah was erected and lit within the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Center by Rabbi Shlomo Litvin of Chabad of The Bluegrass, to start the 1st night of Hanukkah and to symbolizing the message of religious freedom.
