A man and a juvenile have been charged in connection with the shooting deaths of a married couple in Rockcastle County, according to Kentucky State Police.
Early on the morning of June 8, Mount Vernon police found William H. Bryant, 36, and Chara L. Bryant, 35, dead in a home on North Wilderness Road. Christopher Wayne Lee Evans, 22, of Somerset was arrested Thursday on two counts of murder plus burglary and tampering with evidence, according to state police.
According to WKYT, state police said the juvenile is the 16-year-old daughter of the Bryants, and Evans is her boyfriend. Her name has not been released.
The daughter has been charged with two counts of murder in the case and is being held in the Adair County Juvenile Detention Center, according to state police.
Evans is accused of entering the house, shooting the couple and destroying evidence, according to state police.
