LOUISVILLE — Two people were shot and wounded outside Louisville's Central High School Friday night during a homecoming basketball game.
Louisville Metro Police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley told The Courier-Journal that the victims were a girl who is thought to be 15 and a 19-year-old woman. They both suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Smiley said a man approached the two as they walked along the street, and he fired several shots. Police did not have a suspect Friday night or a description of the shooter.
Several people reported that there had been a fight earlier in the evening, but it was unclear whether the shooting was related.
