A Mercer County woman was arrested and charged in the stabbing of her husband Sunday night, police said.
Shannon Turner, 45, was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, said Mercer County Deputy Sheriff Erick Barkman.
She is accused of stabbing her husband, Steven Turner, 53, on his left hand and his back with a folding knife, Barkman said.
Steven Turner drove himself to James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, where he was treated and released, Barkman said.

The attack on Deep Creek Road in western Mercer County was reported at 11:47 p.m. Sunday.
Barkman said Steven Turner will be charged with fourth-degree assault.
Shannon Turner was being held in the Boyle County jail in Danville.
