Kentucky State Police are searching for an Ashland man who is charged with receiving a stolen vehicle
Investigators requested the public's assistance Friday in their search for Marvin Sean Hogsten, 37, of Sherwood Drive.
Authorities say they have been investigating Hogsten for four months. The vehicle, a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was initially reported stolen by Kentucky Automotive group from Grayson and entered into a national police database in December. A state trooper was located the vehicle April 8 at Hogsten's family member's residence on Gallaher Street in Ashland.
A search warrant was obtained and state police seized the Jeep.
Hogsten is not considered armed or dangerous.
