A man injured in a January gunpowder explosion died on Wednesday from burn complications.
James Greenwood, 57, of Stanford, was pronounced dead at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday at the University of Kentucky hospital.
Greenwood had been mixing gunpowder at a Stanford home in January when an explosion threw him from the garage and burned more than 90 percent of his body.
The explosion killed retired state police trooper Shannon Corman, who had been helping mix the powder, and left Corman's wife, Louise, badly injured.

Greenwood's death is being investigated as accidental by state police in Richmond.
Visitation will take place from 5-9 p.m. on Sunday and the funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford.
