Three people were charged with selling heroin this week after officers found drugs, cash and a handgun in what police described as a Somerset "drug house."
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office found 38 bindles of heroin, 60 methadone tablets, a hand gun and $300 in cash at the home of Dallas A. Perkins, 42. The drugs were valued at $1,300. Perkins, who lives at 115 Hillcrest Drive, was charged with drug trafficking.
Julia Michelle Foster, 35, and Kelsea Sage Dills, 26, were both charged with complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance in connection with the case.
All three are in the Pulaski County Detention Center.

According to a press release, deputies began watching the house Tuesday following numerous complaints. After witnessing "suspected drug transactions" police approached Perkins who gave them permission to search his property. The drugs, the gun and the cash were discovered.
The investigation is ongoing.
