A public meeting to discuss the status of Kinder-Morgan's proposal to convert the Tennessee Gas Pipeline for the transport of natural gas liquids through Kentucky will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Inter-County Energy, 1009 Hustonville Road in Danville.
Tom FitzGerald from the Kentucky Resources Council and local lawyer Mark Morgan will provide updates and information for all citizens, and particularly for landowners.
There will be a petition available for citizens to sign that will be sent to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which is weighing a decision about the pipeline conversion.
There will also be maps showing the pipeline's location in Boyle County.
