Who are the best weather forecasters in Kentucky? The answer may surprise you.

Two of the four winners being announced Wednesday for The Weather Channel Interactive's video contest are Dorsey Franklin, 7, of Jamestown (Best Overall); and Ryan Hoke, 17, of Louisville (Most Likely to be a Meteorologist).
