A Floyd County man riding an all-terrain vehicle died Tuesday night. Mark Kidd, 35, was riding north on Justice Branch Road in Dana about 7:30 p.m. when he lost control of his 2008 Honda TRX500 and struck some posts, according to a Kentucky State Police press release.
Kidd came back onto the road, overturned and was thrown into a creek.
The Floyd County deputy coroner pronounced him dead at the scene, according to the press release.
State police are investigating the crash.
