I just want to compliment the Herald-Leader for the fair and balanced reporting of the issues facing our communities, cities, state and nation.
Since three-quarters of the June 30 front page was of a young man clothed in a shirt covered in photos of Hillary Clinton, I would like fair and balanced equal coverage.
I have no trouble with this young man and his gimmick to promote himself. More power to him if he can draw a crowd by simply calling them stupid.
I, too, would like to promote myself and my agenda. To reinforce the paper’s reputation as fair and balanced, I would like one of its photographers to take my picture in my shirt covered in portraits of President Donald Trump. I would really love for mine to cover the entire front page and not become some tiny little blurb on page A17.
I am not quite sure yet what my very important platform might be, but it will certainly be as special as some huckster wrestler who promotes, as a come-on, the paper’s liberal agenda.
