Two men were shot at a residence on Roots Branch Road in Clay County Thursday morning.
State police said that Jeremy Fusner, 21, of Manchester, had assaulted a woman at the residence and "other occupants" forced him to leave.
He allegedly returned and shot two men before fleeing, according to a state police news release.
Fusner was found in a wooded area of Jackson County near a relative's home, the release said. He was charged with two counts of assault and one count of wanton endangerment and was taken to the Clay County jail.

The victims, who were not identified, were taken to a local hospital and were in stable condition Thursday, according to the release.
