The Louisville women's basketball program picked up a commitment from one of the top players in the class of 2015 on Tuesday.
Asia Durr — a 5-foot-10 guard from Douglasville, Ga. — committed to the Cardinals and is considered the No. 2 overall prospect in the class by ESPN and All-Star Girls Report. ProspectsNation.com ranks her as the No. 1 player in 2015.
Durr chose the Cards over Baylor, Duke, Maryland and Notre Dame.
Louisville now has four commitments for next year, and all of those players are ranked in the top 30 nationally by All-Star Girls Report. Durr joins Virginia point guard Taja Cole (No. 15), Texas center Erin DeGrate (No. 27) and New York guard Brianna Jones (No. 28) in the Cards' class of 2015.
