The Oklahoman Newspaper reported that Liggins was taken to the Oklahoma County jail and is being held on complaints of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic abuse in the presence of a minor, according to a jail official.
Liggins averaged 1.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in 39 games with the Thunder last season, his first in Oklahoma City.
Liggins played three seasons at Kentucky from 2008 to 2011. He was a member of UK's Final Four team in 2011.
