Lauren West, the University of South Carolina cheerleader who was injured Saturday at Commonwealth Stadium, has been released from the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said Sunday.
West was treated after being carried off the field on a stretcher during the first quarter.
South Carolina's athletics department posted an update on Twitter shortly afterward Saturday.
"Report from #Gamecocks sideline: Cheerleader Lauren West was stabilized for precaution only. She was moving all of her body parts."
The injury was the second involving a cheerleader at Commonwealth Stadium this season.
Brooke Gibbs, a sophomore on Kentucky's cheerleading team, was treated at UK Chandler Hospital and released after a fall during the fourth quarter of UK's win over Tennessee-Martin on Aug. 30.
