Kentucky signee Edwards to have shoulder surgery; safety won't enroll in fall

One of Kentucky's top football signees in the class of 2014 won't be suiting up for the Wildcats this fall. Ohio safety Mike Edwards announced Wednesday that he will have surgery on his shoulder later this month "and won't be able to play or enroll this semester." Edwards missed some of his senior season with a shoulder injury.
