Obama to attend WKU game in Dayton; rules issued for spectators

Kentuckians headed to Ohio for the NCAA men's basketball tournament matchup between Western Kentucky University and Mississippi Valley State on Tuesday should look for a familiar face in the crowd. President Barack Obama is expected to attend the 6:30 p.m. game in the University of Dayton Arena, with British Prime Minister David Cameron as his guest.
