■ Lexington Catholic opened the second half with a 16-3 run and came back to beat North Oldham 57-40 in the Ronald McDonald Classic at Oldham County. After shooting 21.4 percent from the field in the first half, the Knights (5-0) shot 50 percent in the second. Lexington Catholic's Craig Floyd led all scorers with 15 points. Devon Rowan had eight points and 18 rebounds for North Oldham (1-2).
■ Henry Clay (2-2) jumped out to a 30-9 lead and rolled to a 79-50 victory over Scott (2-2) in the Kentucky Bank Shootout at Bourbon County. Brandon Nichols led the Blue Devils with 27 points on 10-for-15 shooting. Jordan Green added 18 points and Wes Kimball 12. Kellen Smith had 18 points for Scott.
■ Chad Lee had 17 points, 13 rebounds and four steals, and McCallie (Tenn.) beat Lafayette 68-53. Dee Yarbrough went 9-for-9 from the free-throw line and scored 23 points for Lafayette (1-3).
■ K'Ron Covington had 10 points and eight rebounds, and host Newport (2-1) beat Paris 62-55 in the Kentucky Bank Shootout at Bourbon County. Aaron Paris led Paris (0-5) with 24 points and 10 rebounds.
■ Knott Central held Bryan Station to 24.1 percent shooting in a 44-33 victory in Paris. Otis Webb led the Defenders with 13 points, but he made only five of 20 shots. Bryan Station went 4-for-29 (13.8 percent) from three-point range.
■ After Holmes' Daquan Palmer hit a go-ahead three with 9.2 seconds left, Olufemi Thompson hit a shot at the buzzer to cap a nearly perfect night and a 72-71 victory for visiting Cincinnati Aiken (2-1). Thompson shot 7-for-7 from the field in the fourth quarter and was 9-for-10 overall for 18 points.
■ Senior center Sam Dye had 21 points and 15 rebounds — his fifth double-double in as many games — to lead Bath County (5-0) to a 64-57 win at South Point, Ohio (3-1). Senior forward Jared Ravenscraft added 11 points and 13 rebounds.
■ Host Logan County overcame a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat Bardstown 71-65. Logan County ended with game with a 27-17 run.
■ Freshman guard Austin Sebastian hit four threes and scored 34 points to lead Garrard County to a 71-66 win at Model.
■ Senior guard Philip Ely scored 33 points, and host Harlan beat Jackson County 69-66.
■ Junior center Koree Stewart had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and host Letcher Central (4-0) beat East Ridge 72-70 in overtime.
■ Host Whitley County (5-0) beat North Laurel 62-51 in the Wish We Were in Maui Tournament behind junior center Aaron Petrey's 12 points and 12 rebounds.
■ Senior Marissa Prince hit a go-ahead three-pointer with 21 seconds left, and host Bryan Station beat Lafayette 55-52 in the Defender Classic. Lafayette senior Shomari Kendrick, who had 28 points and 16 rebounds, made two free throws with 25 seconds left to give the Generals a 52-51 lead. Prince entered the game after a Bryan Station timeout and hit a three off a pass from senior Carrington Caise, who added a free throw with seven seconds left.
■ Senior guard Abby Jump made six three-pointers and scored 29 points to lead Ryle (2-1) to a 74-37 win at Tates Creek. Junior guard Jenna Crittenden chipped in 10 points, pushing her past 1,000 for her career. Tates Creek (1-4) was led by sophomore center Katie Pippen with 13 points.
■ Lexington Catholic (2-3) led 40-19 at the half and rolled to an 82-50 win over visiting Nelson County (1-3). Forward Emily Johns had 15 points and 11 rebounds for Lexington Catholic, and guard Octavia Wilson had 18 points and five assists.
■ Perry Central took a 22-5 lead in the first quarter and went on to beat Henry Clay 80-41 in the Defender Classic at Bryan Station. Candace Morton led Henry Clay with 18 points.
■ Sophomore guard Kierra Muhammad had 22 points, seven steals and five rebounds to lead Paul Dunbar to a 76-60 victory over Simon Kenton in the Defender Classic at Bryan Station. Sophomore forward LaKeema Parks added 11 points and 10 rebounds.
■ Forward Kyvin Goodinrogers had 17 points, 10 rebounds, three blocked shots and two steals to lead Marion County (3-0) to a 55-50 win at Madison Central (1-1). Guard Jenna Cornelison led Madison Central with 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists.
■ Seventh-grader Kasey Cox had 18 points and eight steals, and host Breathitt County (1-1) stomped Wolfe County 84-29. Breathitt County led 48-6 at the half and 73-14 after three quarters.
■ Junior point guard Aneta Sloma hit five threes and scored 32 points to lead Livingston Central (5-0) past host Mayfield 61-60.
