■ No. 7 Elizabethtown (17-1) outscored visiting Nelson County 21-5 at the free-throw line in a 59-48 victory. Adelaide Luckett led a balanced effort for the Panthers with 13 points and 17 rebounds.
■ Sydney Moss, the daughter of NFL wide receiver Randy Moss, had 22 points, 12 rebounds and six assists in No. 3 Boone County's 64-42 defeat of visiting Simon Kenton. Stacie Shrout added 21 points and was 5-for-8 from three-point range for the Lady Rebels.
■ Hillary Moore scored 23 points, including the 2,500th of her career, and had 10 rebounds in Leslie County's 93-29 rout of June Buchanan in the 14th Region All "A" Classic.
■ Perry County Central's Kendall Noble had a triple-double — 20 points, 11 rebounds, 10 steals and seven assists — in the 13th-ranked Lady Commodores' 69-31 win against visiting Johnson Central.
■ Eighth-grader Asia Sims had 12 points, nine rebounds, five steals and four assists in Paris' 59-48 win at Burgin in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament.
■ Senior Chelsea Gosney hit four free throws, the last points of the game, to give Pendleton County a 67-64 victory against visiting St. Patrick.
■ Junior guard Peyton Wright had 31 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks as Owsley County rolled over Lee County 70-42 in the quarterfinals of the 14th Region All "A" Classic.
■ Freshman Rachel Potter had 30 points, 12 assists, six rebounds and four steals in Pikeville's 87-55 win at Phelps. Lindsey Isner added 26 points for the Lady Panthers.
■ Henry Clay's Candace Morton scored a game-high 21 points, and the host Blue Devils beat Clark County 39-37.
■ Mike Smith scored 26 points, going over 1,000 for his career, and had nine rebounds, eight steals and five assists in Sayre's 62-50 victory at Bryan Station. Loran Smith had 13 points and five rebounds for the Defenders, who were up 37-36 going into the fourth quarter.
But Mike Smith scored 10 of the Spartans' 26 points in the final quarter to put the game out of reach.
■ Junior Michael Rexroat hit five of eight three-point attempts and scored a game-high 21 points in East Jessamine's 77-75 win over Frankfort.
■ Junior forward Adam Wing had 22 points and 10 rebounds in host Rowan County's 66-36 win over Bath County.
