The Marion County girls, No. 1 in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, kept their undefeated record intact with an 82-60 victory in the 5th Region finals at Green County.
University of Kentucky signee Makayla Epps scored 28 points for the Knights, who improved to 35-0 this season. Logan Powell added 27 points for last year's state runner-up.
Ivy Brown scored 30 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Hawks (27-6).
No. 4 Mercy 66, No. 17 Butler 54 (6th): The Jaguars jumped out to a 27-11 lead and cruised to the region title against the Bearettes.

Mercy's victory avenged a 59-47 loss in the teams' previous meeting on Jan. 18.
Whitney Hartlage was 6-for-7 from three-point range and finished with 33 points, six rebounds and two assists for Mercy (20-10). Kayla Richardson added 17 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals.
Aareon Smith scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for Butler (23-8). Danielle Lawrence had 17 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and five steals.
No. 8 Manual 36, No. 10 Assumption 34 (7th): The defending state champion Lady Crimsons (23-8) had a 12-point lead midway through the second quarter and had to hold off the Rockets' late charge in the finals at Valley.
Destony Curry hit three three-pointers and led Manual with 13 points and four assists. Kayla Styles had eight points, 13 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals.
Assumption struggled from long range, going 1-for-13. Nora Kiesler had eight points, 16 rebounds, four blocked shots and two steals.
No. 19 Ashland Blazer 54, Boyd County 52 (16th): The Kittens (25-6) were 10-for-21 from three-point range in the finals at Morehead State. Allie Slone scored a game-high 18 points for Ashland Blazer.
Letcher County Central 41, Perry County Central 40 (14th): The Cougars were down 20-12 at halftime before battling back to edge the Commodores for the title.
Lincoln County 56, Casey County 54 (OT): Emily Fox scored 14 points in the finals at Pulaski County.
