Former Henry Clay basketball standout Jordan Green is no longer enrolled at Western Kentucky, the university announced Friday. “Jordan Green has withdrawn from school to pursue other opportunities. He is no longer part of the Hilltopper Basketball team. We wish him the best in his future endeavors,” the school said in a release. Green – a 6-foot-5 wing player – averaged 20.2 points and 7.6 rebounds per game as a senior and was named a first-team, all-state selection following the season. He led the Blue Devils to the 11th Region Tournament finals. He committed to the Hilltoppers in April over scholarship offers from UNC-Wilmington, Eastern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Troy, UT-Martin and Jacksonville. 247Sports.com ranked him as the No. 246 overall player in the class of 2014 and the No. 5 senior in Kentucky.
