Lafayette quickly fell behind by 12 points in the first quarter — 15-3 — and still trailed by eight early in the fourth, but the Generals rallied to force overtime and eventually defeated host Henry Clay 69-60. The Blue Devils, ranked No. 18 in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, committed 27 turnovers in the loss.
Ross Jenkins scored 27 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and blocked five shots in the Generals' win. TJ. Downey added 21 points and three steals.
Isaiah Tisdale had 20 points, five assists, four rebounds and seven turnovers for Henry Clay.
■ Hagen Tyler scored 34 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Boyle County to a 65-42 upset of No. 19 Lincoln County.

Tyler was 5-for-9 from three-point range, and Jeremiah Bell added 14 points and 10 rebounds in the Rebels' win.
■ C.J. Walker scored the first basket of the fourth quarter to break a 40-all tie and give No. 12 Bryan Station the lead for good in a 68-59 win at Paul Laurence Dunbar. The Defenders outscored the Bulldogs 27-13 at the free-throw line. They also had 21 more attempts.
Walker finished with 12 points and four rebounds. Andre Davis was 10-for-15 at the line and had 17 points, five rebounds and two assists in the win. Dunbar's Darius Williams scored 16 points and Dontell Brown had 10 rebounds.
■ A 17-0 run that started late in the first quarter and ended just before halftime led to No. 16 Lexington Catholic's 64-42 victory at home against Tates Creek. Tanner Johnson scored a game-high 19 points for the Knights, followed by Jarod Griffin with 15 and Michael Talbott with 12. Jordan Fucci had 10 points and 13 rebounds for the Commodores.
■ Siah Holifield scored 18 points to go with four assists in West Jessamine's 63-54 win at Madison Southern.
■ Isaiah Johnson had 18 points and Jamel Banks scored 14 and grabbed eight rebounds in No. 24 Scott County's 84-32 victory at Bourbon County.
■ Marion County got 20 points, 11 rebounds and four steals from Anton Cowherd in a 58-47 defeat of visiting Nelson County.
■ No. 8 Butler outlasted No. 16 Franklin County 54-47 in the Louisville Invitational Tournament at Bellarmine. Janna Lewis' putback with 3 minutes left in the third gave the Bearettes the lead for good. Breia Torrens led Butler with 10 points, five rebounds and three assists. Dasia Kilbourne had 14 points for the Lady Flyers.
■ Alexis Robinson scored what proved to be the game-winner with 24 seconds left in Ashland Blazer's 52-50 victory against No. 16 Mercy in the Louisville Invitational Tournament. Robinson's shot gave the Kittens a one-point lead and Haley Sue Foutch added a free throw 12 seconds later for the final margin.
Robinson finished with 12 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, four blocks and three steals. Mackenzie Stovall scored 13 points for Mercy, which is tied in Cantrall's rankings with Franklin County, Male and Graves County.
■ No. 25 Sacred Heart played even with No. 1 Elizabethtown until the fourth quarter, when the Lady Panthers finally took control and won 51-44 in the Louisville Invitational Tournament. Reauna Cleaver scored 13 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in Elizabethtown's win, and Erin Boley added 13 points.
■ No. 2 Henderson County cruised to a 47-28 victory against No. 16 Male in the Louisville Invitational Tournament. The Lady Colonels' Maci Brown had 18 points and four steals.
■ Lexington Catholic trailed by 11 in the first quarter before battling back to defeat visiting Madison Southern 51-44. Rachel Blake had 14 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals for the Lady Knights.
