Injury news for John Hardin's Matt Elam, a UK football recruiting target, not as bad as originally feared

John Hardin defensive tackle Matt Elam is expected to miss Friday's state semifinal game, but the injury that knocked him out of last week's contest is not as bad as originally feared. Elam was diagnosed with a dislocated patella in his left knee after an MRI on Monday, John Hardin Coach Chad Lewis told the Herald-Leader.
