Lee Rutter, Great Britain, celebrated with Setting Off Sparks after he saw his top score during the individual reining consolation qualiflying round on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.       Rutter will advance to the individual competition on Thursday at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
