With two outs in the top of the 10th inning, the Rome Braves put together three walks, a single and a double to score four runs and defeat the Lexington Legends 6-2 at Whitaker Bank Ballpark on Friday night.
Legends reliever Juan Minaya walked three straight batters before Jason Chowning surrendered a two-run single to David Rohm. Matthew Weaver followed with a two-run double.
Braves reliever Gus Schlosser got three straight outs in the bottom of the 10th to finish off Lexington.
The Legends scored their first run on a passed ball in the first inning. Delino DeShields singled in the other in the second.
