Devin Harris hit a three-run homer in the GreenJackets' five-run third, and Augusta sent the Lexington Legends to their fifth straight loss with a 9-1 victory at Whitaker Bank Ballpark Friday night.
Augusta's Chris Lofton led off the third with a triple and came home on a fielding error on center fielder Bryce Lane.
Lexington starter Ruben Alaniz (6-10) struck out the next batter but then gave up another triple to Adam Duvall. Duvall came home on a single by Josh Mazzola. Ryan Lollis followed with a line-drive single to center field, setting up Harris' three-run shot to make it 5-1.
That was it for Alaniz, who is 1-6 in his last 10 appearances.
Delino DeShields Jr. scored Lexington's only run after doubling with two outs in the third. He picked up his 27th stolen base when he took third, and then raced home after a throwing error by catcher Jeff Arnold.
