All three Lexington Legends pitchers gave up at least four earned runs as the Hagerstown Suns rolled to a 16-8 victory on Tuesday in Maryland.
The Legends' bats produced eight runs but couldn't overcome the team's struggles on the mound, which included surrendering two grand slams.
Lexington's Zachary Johnson had two hits, including a three-run home run in the first inning. Johnson has nine RBI through five games this season. Tyler Burnett added two hits Tuesday, including a solo home run.
Legends starter Carlos Quevedo gave up seven earned runs in three innings before giving way to Nathan Pettus, who pitched four innings and gave up four earned runs. Scott Zuloaga gave up five runs, four earned, in one inning.

Justin Martinson did most of the damage at the plate for the Suns. His grand slam in the second inning put Hagerstown ahead for good 6-3. He added a two-run shot in the sixth inning. Brett Newsome also hit a grand slam in the eighth inning.
