Wednesday's 36th annual running of the Bluegrass 10,000 has drawn 3,369 entrants.
Entries for the 10,000-meter (6.2-mile) footrace closed Tuesday night.
Stuart Moran, first among male runners last year, did not enter. Two-time defending women's champion Kim Grieshaber is injured and will not run.
Races begin at 7:20 a.m. with the crank wheelchair division, followed by "push" wheelchairs at 7:25 and 10K runners at 7:30.

While the 10K is in progress, a 1-mile fun run will start at 8:15 a.m.
The race will start and finish on Main Street in downtown Lexington. The start is between Midland Avenue and Rose Street. The finish is at the intersection of Main and North Limestone.
