Lutes posted a 9-0 record during and 1.11 ERA in conference play.
Freshman second baseman Brittany Mumford (Louisville Christian) joined DeBurger and Lutes on the All-HCAC first team. Three Transy freshmen were named to the second team: catcher Jessica Powell (Louisville Christian), third baseman Meg Liter and outfielder Shelby Gambrell (Owen County). Another freshman, pitcher Jenna Stiles, earned honorable mention. Senior infielder Katie Hulsman was selected to the league’s All-Sportsmanship team.
