The 62nd Annual Nibroc Festival (Nibroc is Corbin spelled backwards) takes place Friday and Saturday in downtown Corbin. The weekend includes live music, a car and bike show starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, and carnival rides. Go to Corbinky.org for more info.

Get a close-up view of aircraft from the Army, Air Force, NASA and more at the Aviation Education Expo. The event, presented by the Aviation Museum of Kentucky, is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Blue Grass Airport, 4832 Versailles Road. Tickets at the gate are $15, $12 for seniors, $5 for ages 6 through college (ID required), free for ages 5 and younger. Rides will be available for purchase in some aircraft.
