This booking follows the announcement earlier this year that Latin trap star Bad Bunny will play Rupp Nov. 11. (That show was originally announced for Sept. 22 and subsequently rescheduled.) Like Bunny, Ozuna has not topped the pop charts in the United States yet, but he has been dominant on Billboard magazine Latin charts and sells out concerts around the world. He has more than 16 million subscribers on YouTube and 19 million followers on Spotify, where several tracks top 300 million listens.
In April, he was named Artist of the Year at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, and in May, he was named top Latin artist at the Billboard Music Awards. Among his high-profile collaborators are Daddy Yankee, Cardi B and the aforementioned Bad Bunny.
