The last time Travis Tritt came by the Lexington Opera House, the show sold out, so obviously there are plenty of people who care when he comes to the Bluegrass.

So, just over a year since that show, Tritt will return to the Opera House March 3 to sing hits such as “It’sA Great Day To Be Alive” and “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares).”

The Grammy and CMA award winner’s last studio album was 2013’s “The Calm After ...” and his last release was 2016’s “A Man and His Guitar (Live from the Franklin Theatre).” Next month, Tritt is set to appear on the new USA network show “Real Country” in which he, Shania Twain and Jake Owen pick up-and-coming country artists and give them some time in the spotlight.

Tickets for the March 3 show are $55 to $85 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at the Lexington Center Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by calling 859-233-3535 or visiting lexingtonoperahouse.com.
