The Cooking Channel and Kentucky chef Jason Smith are back for more great Lexington goodies.
Smith, of Grayson, will highlight it on the Feb. 5 show, which follows chefs and food stars as they share their favorite foods from around the country. The show featuring chef Ouita Michel’s Midway restaurant airs at 9 p.m.
It’s the second time that Wallace Station has hit the national food consciousness: host Guy Fieri picked Wallace Station’s The Big Brown Burger as one of his Top 5 burgers for the Food Network program “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.”
