All Fayette County kindergarten and sixth-grade students are required to get physicals before classes start on Aug. 13.
“We have up to 54 appointment slots available on this particular day to help out any parent who is trying to … have their children ready for the start of class,” said Roanya Rice, a registered nurse and the public health clinic manager, in a news release.
The cost of the physicals will be based on a family's income.
