This year's tour will include 17 condominiums, apartments and houses.
Only one site was identified in advance: Cigar Flats, a condo project at 420 Lawrence Street, where other details of the tour were announced Tuesday.
Phase one of Cigar Flats is four condos in a former Bluegrass Cigar warehouse that will cost $465,000 to 543,000 each. Phase 2 of the $3 million project will be five less-expensive condos in a separate building.
Also as part of the this year's tour, the Headley-Whitney Museum will place art objects known as faux bibelots at various locations on the tour. Visitors can fill out a card identifying the locations and enter a drawing for a $500 prize.
