An Amber Alert for a 6-month-old infant who was taken by her teenage mother from a northern Kentucky foster home Monday night has been canceled.
Police had been searching for two Northern Kentucky teens who allegedly took a 6-month-old infant, prompting an Amber Alert.
Police said they found the infant, Desiree Waddell, with her mother, Chelsey Waddell, 15, and a friend, Summer Brewer, 15, at an apartment in Boone County.
Police said Desiree was taken about midnight Tuesday from a foster home Alexandria by her mother, who does not have custody.
