A Frankfort man was arrested on drug charges Friday after authorities found marijuana growing at his home, state police said.
Robin Wayne Sims, 55, of 324 Royal Parkway, was charged with cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Police, while flying over Sims' residence, saw a plot of marijuana growing in the yard and Sims trying to destroy evidence.
When police arrived at the residence, they found an "indoor grow" in a shed behind the home, according to a state police report.
