A glitch in FAA flight plan systems has caused several delays in departures to and arrivals from Atlanta at the Blue Grass Airport Thursday morning.
As of 10:45 a.m., two arrivals and two departures had been delayed, airport spokeswoman Amy Caudill said.
There were a total of six flights going to Atlanta and seven arrivals from Atlanta scheduled for Thursday, Caudill said. It hasn't been determined whether the remaining flights of the day will be delayed. No flights had been canceled as of Thursday morning.
Travelers should call their airline before they arrive at the airport Thursday to check their flight's status, Caudill said.
