Robert S. Tannenbaum, a University of Kentucky administrator and educator, was indicted by a Fayette County grand jury this week on four counts of incest.
According to court documents, the incidents occurred between August 1, 1998, and June 30, 1999.
Tannenbaum, 67, was placed on administrative leave from UK after he was arrested last month.
A UK employee since 1991, he has held several titles at the university, including that of director of the undergraduate research office in UK's undergraduate education office. He pleaded not guilty in Fayette District Court after his arrest.
He is to be arraigned in Fayette Circuit Court on May 7. Tannenbaum is out of jail on bond.
