Lexington police seek man who robbed PNC Bank

Police are searching for a man who robbed a PNC Bank in Lexington on Wednesday afternoon.

The robber entered the lobby of the PNC Bank at 2309 Woodhill Drive at 3:47 p.m., according to a release from Lexington police. He displayed a note demanding money, while his other hand was hidden behind a bag he was carrying.

The teller complied, and the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Several other employees were present during the robbery. No weapon was seen, and no one was injured.

The man is described as white, in his 50s or 60s, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 240 pounds. He was last seen wearing glasses, a dark, short-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a dark ball cap.
