State police were investigating a possible double stabbing Wednesday that stemmed from a domestic dispute.
At 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, a man who had been stabbed multiple times arrived at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, said trooper Don Trosper, spokesman for state police Post 11 in London.
Trosper said he didn't know where on the man's body he'd been stabbed, but the injuries were not considered life threatening. The man was taken to University of Kentucky Hospital.
Around two hours later, the man's wife arrived at Baptist Regional with a laceration injury. She was treated and released. Trosper said it was unclear whether the cut was caused by a knife.
The disturbance happened at the couple's home on London Dock Road in southwest Laurel County. Trosper said nobody else appeared to be involved.
Police have not released the names of the two people involved.
