A Pendleton County man died Wednesday morning after a single-vehicle wreck in Harrison County.
Charles Hoskins, 62, of Falmouth was driving a 2001 Honda Odyssey north on U.S. 27 about 9:40 a.m. Wednesday when he went off the road and struck a driveway culvert. The minivan went airborne, struck two farm tractors and a utility pole, then flipped upside down before coming to a stop, Harrison County sheriff's deputy Nathan Gasser said.
Hoskins was pronounced dead at the scene. Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth is handling arrangements.
Gasser said Hoskins was wearing a seat belt. Witnesses told investigators that Hoskins was driving too fast, Gasser said.
