An Indiana woman died Sunday after a motorcycle operated by her husband crashed on Interstate 75 in Lexington.
Tina Wasserott, 50, of Cedar Lake, Ind., was a passenger on the motorcycle when her husband, whose name was not included, lost control while taking the 113 exit ramp to North Broadway, according to the Fayette County Coroner's Office.
The motorcycle left the roadway and struck a guard rail about 6:40 a.m. Sunday. Tina Wasserott was thrown from the motorcycle. She was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center, where she later died.
