A portion of Interstate 64 in Clark County will close at 10 p.m. Tuesday so a fiber-optic line can be installed over the highway, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Department of Highways.
The interstate will close at mile point 97.3 during the work. The interstate should reopen by 10:45 p.m. Message boards will be in place to alert drivers. Kentucky State Police will assist with road blocks.
