A Woodford County man pleaded guilty this week in federal court to receiving child pornography, Attorney General Jack Conway announced in a release Friday.
Johnny Todd, 38, entered the guilty plea Wednesday. He will be sentenced on Feb. 3, 2011.
Investigators from the attorney general's cybercrimes unit, with assistance from the Versailles police department, arrested Todd after executing a search warrant at his Versailles home. Child pornography videos were found on his computer.
Todd, who previously served 7 1/2 months of a one-year sentence for distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, is a registered sex offender.
