A woman died Sunday in a three-vehicle crash on Ky. 377, Kentucky State Police said.
The woman was identified as Karie L. Huynh, 21, of Olive Hill.
State police said the accident happened about 7:10 p.m. on Ky. 377. Huynh was a passenger in a northbound 2006 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Justin A. Robinson, 25, also of Olive Hill, when the car crossed the center line and hit a 2002 Chrysler driven by Lance O'Cull, 24, of Vanceburg, state police said. A third vehicle, driven by Anna M. Richmond, 18, of Vanceburg, was traveling north and collided with Robinson's car.
Huynh died at the scene. Robinson and O'Cull were taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Richmond was taken to Saint Claire Medical Center in Morehead, where she was treated and released.
Robinson and Huynh were not wearing seat belts, state police said.
